A little about Vedic Vastu

A little about Vedic Vastu
HINDUISM is the most effective thinker about the welfare of human beings. Hinduism thinks about the safestas well as the easiest ways to make individuals life happy. Even construction of the house is also directed according to VASTU SHASTRA. In ancient period when students study in 'Gurukuls' sixty four streams, VASTU SHASTRA was one of those.
It is believed in Hinduism that any human being effected by two things. First one is 'Luck' and the second one is 'Vastu'. It is divided 50-50.
If some one constructs his house according to Vastu Shastra, it will help him to decorate his life inspite of non favourable conditions of planets in his horoscope. It means, it becomes the safeguard of the person.

It is said that an architect can construct a good and quality house but he can't guarantee the happiness of the inhabitants of the house while Vastu Shastra guarantees it.
Vastu Shastra is a boon to humanity of old Indian or Hindu culture which grows the feeling of the related places, like feeling of drowsiness and rest in the bedroom, feeling of hunger in the dinning room, feeling of colectivity in the drwing room, etc.
In the next posts we will try to explain Vastu Shastra's main features which are important for human beings.

4. atra sura mahesvasa bhimarjunasama yudhi

O best of Brahmanas, know them also who are the principal warriors on our side-the generals of my army. For your information, I shall mention them.

bhavanbhisamasca karnasca krpasca samitinjayah

Yourself and Bhisma and Karna and Krpa, who is ever victorious in battle; andeven so Asvatthama, Vikarna and Bhurisrava (the son of Somadatta);

anye ca bahavah sura madarthe tyaktajivitah
nanasastrapraharanath sarve yuddhavisaradah

And there are many other heroes, equipped with various weapons and missiles, who had staked their lives for me, all skilled in warfare.

aparyaptam tadasmakam balam bhimabhirasksitam
paryaptam tvidametesam balam  bhimabhirasksitam

This army of ours, fully protected by Bhisma, is unconquerable; while that army of theirs, guarded in everyday by Bhima, is easy to conquer.

ayanesu ca sarvesu yathabhagamavasthitah
bhismamevabhiraksantu bhavantah sarva eva hi

"Therefore, stationed in your respective positions on all fronts, do you all guard Bhisma in particular on all sides."

tasya sanjanayanharsam kuruvrddhah pitamahah
simhanadam vinadyoccaih sankham dadhmau pratapavan

The grand old man of Kaurava race, their glorious grand uncle Bhisma, cheering up Duryodhana, roared terribly like a lion and blew his conch.

tatah sankhasca bheryasca panavanakagomukhah
